The Commissionly Story

At Commissionly, we believe there is a better way to process commissions.

Our Co-Founder, Patrick McCarthy, CTO, was a longtime sales and marketing director involved with all sizes of sales teams and commission schemes. He grew frustrated with only being able to find commission software that was overly complex and expensive.

Envisioning an easy to setup, simple to manage platform that was affordable, he set out to create Commissionly.

Co-Founder & CEO

Martin has 25 years experience running businesses and advising small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs). He has experience in building successful startups and as a senior manager in blue chip organisations. He holds an MBA from the Open Business School.

Patrick McCarthy
Co-Founder & CTO

Patrick has over a decades worth of sales experience in the heavy lifting world of corporate B2B and fast moving B2C sales sectors. Also a programmer, project manager and general task master Patrick is the one that gets things done.

Andy helps lead the direction, alignment, and growth of the sales and marketing team at Commissionly. His experience has included financial services, process improvement consulting, and SaaS product sales. Andy’s passion is to help our clients save time and money by using our sales commission software platform.

Martin Reeve
Sales Executive

Martin’s expertise is in adding value for clients, advising on options and building relationships. At Commissionly, he will help you understand how our platform can improve your business. Martin also works with our Referral and Partners Program members to help them succeed.

Robert Taylor Williams
Customer Implementation Specialist

Robert has over a decade of experience as a technical communicator, systems/data analyst and problem solver. His wheelhouse is to get your systems and procedures integrated with Commissionly. Robert will also work with you to make sure both the implementation process and your commission procedure is as seamless as possible.

Gosia Jedrzejczak
Customer Success & Support

Gosia is our Customer Success Specialist. She is a core part of the team and she helps onboard clients to get them up and running with Commissionly and also offers personal support when needed. She is dedicated to excellent customer service and making sure our clients have everything they need to get the best ROI from Commissionly.
